What Your 2026–27 Registration Fees Cover
When an athlete registers with Kingston Volleyball Apex, their season fee is designed to cover the full cost of providing a well-organized, high-quality competitive volleyball experience.
Club Fee
The core club fee (Between $2500-$3000) covers the essential costs of operating a competitive team throughout the season, including:

Registration for scheduled Ontario Volleyball Association tournaments

Regularly scheduled practice time and facility rentals

Coaching compensation

Team equipment and training resources

Player uniforms

Club administration, registration and financial management

Website, communication and marketing costs

Board oversight, leadership and club operations
Fees may vary between teams depending on factors such as age division, competitive level, practice schedule, coaching requirements and the number or type of tournaments included. High-performance teams may have a higher base fee due to increased training and competition commitments.
